Shipping Tracking

You will receive an email confirming the shipment of the order in which you will find the tracking number provided by the carrier, with which you can monitor the delivery. Within 24 hours of shipment, you will see the first updated data from the courier by clicking on the tracking number.

If you have an account, you can also monitor the shipment by viewing its details in the “Orders” section.



Gift Shipping

If you wish to make a gift, you have the possibility of selecting the gift package option during the order completion process. You can also insert a personal message that will be printed on a by MORGANA card.

The cost of the gift option is €8.



Shipping Costs and Times

Remember that deadlines may vary slightly at certain times of the year or in cases of force majeure.



PROCEDURE FOR SHIPPING BY UPS:

Only one delivery attempt will be made. If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a notice and your order will be sent to the nearest collection point, where it will be held for five days. You can pick up the package or contact our customer service to reschedule a delivery. If you do not do so, the package will be returned to the warehouse.

 

We recommend that you enter a mobile phone number in your details so that the carrier can contact you more easily.



PROCEDURE FOR SHIPPING BY:

A first delivery attempt will be made.

If the recipient is absent, the carrier will leave a notice and a second delivery attempt will be made the next business day. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be sent to the affiliate and the carrier will try to contact you by phone to schedule a new delivery.

If the carrier is unable to contact you or if the new delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the order will be added to the available stock. You will have ten days to request a new shipment or for the package to be resent to you in the warehouse.

 

We advise you to include a mobile number in your order details so that the carrier can contact you more easily



** PICK UP IN STORE

by MORGANA offers you the possibility of collecting the items ordered on bymorgana.com in store, selecting your preferred point of sale among those that offer this service. This does not imply any additional cost other than standard shipping.

For collection it is necessary to bring to the store: – A valid identification document – ​​A copy of the order confirmation email with the identification code

If you cannot collect the package in person, the delegate will have to present: – A copy of your valid ID – Your valid ID – A copy of the order confirmation email with the identification code – A letter signed authorization

You will have 10 business days to collect your order. After this period, if it has not been possible to collect it, by MORGANA will make the return on your behalf and you will be refunded the corresponding full amount. Orders collected in store can be returned by filling out the online return form.
